The Newark Division of Police is pleased to provide you with an online  reporting option.  This report is a method for citizens to advise the NPD about suspected drug activities in our community.  You may submit the report with or without identifying yourself.

If you are a victim of a crime and wish to report it you must contact the Police by calling 9-1-1.  Such reports will not be accepted online.

Do not use online forms to report activity where an immediate police response is needed. To report a crime in progress or other emergency, Dial 9-1-1.

1) Please tell us the name of the business or owner of the property where suspected drug activity takes place.
2) Provide the street address/location where the suspected drug activity occurs.
4) Use this space to tell us about the activity. Explain as much as possible about what you have seen or heard.
5) Please describe the dealer's appearance. Include scars, tattoos, clothes, hair style, and other distinguishing features. Enter "unknown" if you cannot provide a name or description.
6) Please provide as much information as you have about any vehicles that may be invovled in the drug activity. Include Make, Model, Year, Color or License Plate number, etc. Enter each vehicle description on a separate line.

Important:  Communications made through this electronic mail and message system shall in no way be deemed to constitute legal notice to the City of Newark Division of Police.  Information will be investigated at the discretion of the City of Newark Chief of Police.
